The Energy & Environmental Policy Laboratory has a strong expertise in environmental impact assessments, as well in climate change mitigation and adaptation issues. The relevant unit of the laboratory aims to contribute to the integration of environmental considerations into the preparation of infrastructure projects with a view to reduce their environmental impact and to protect the environment. Moreover, we focus on assessing policies on mitigation and adaptation of climate change, towards reducing emissions and the risks of climate change. Finally, we focus on the international negotiations of climate change and environmental issues.
